Santa Monica-based CODA Automotive said late last night that it has added two new board members to the firm. According to CODA, James P. McGinnis and Lord John Browne have both joined the company's board of directors. McGinnis is Managing Director of Harbinger Capital Partners, and Browne is Managing Director of Riverstone Holdings LLC. Both firms led CODA's recent, $76M Series D funding. McGinnis has also previously served at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs & Co.; Browne has served at British Petroleum (BP), most recently Chief Executive of the firm.
