    Colorado Firm Buys San Diego IT Integrator


    Boulder-based Incentra Solutions said this morning that it has acquired STAR Solutions, a San Diego-based systems integrator. The deal is worth approximately $7M in combination of cash, stock, and an unsecured promissory note. STAR provides IT consulting, system design, and storage and outsourcing to customers in the financial services, hospitality, retail, security and manufacturing verticals. The company reported revenues of $17M in 2004.
