Comarco Completes Wireless Test Business Sale
Lake Forest-based Comarco announced today that the firm has completed its sale of its wireless test solutions business to Ascom Holding AG. Comarco said the sale was worth $12.75M in cash. Comarco originally announced the sale of the business in September. The firm said the sales of the wireless test business will save it approximately $4.8M in annual costs, from salaries, benefits, and associated facilities.
