    Commission Junction Co-Founder Launches Incubator
    Per Pettersen, co-founder of Commission Junction, announced that he has launched a new "high-tech holding company" which will develop and operate a network of online businesses. The new company, Estalea, is planning to launch three startups this year. Pettersen will act as CEO, and Roger Kjensrud, former engineering director of Commission Junction, will serve as CTO.
