San Diego-based Concerro, a provider of workforce management software, said today that it has acquired all of the product assets and related intellectual property of Los Angeles-based PortBlue's CommandAware hospital incident management systems business. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. CommandAware is software used for preparing for and managing disaster and incident response. Concerro was formerly known as Bidshift.
