Core Innovation Capital Backs Real Estate Startup Arrived

Los Angeles-based venture capital investor Core Innovation Capital, which focuses on fintech investments, is the lead investor in a new, real estate startup, Arrived. Arrived said Wednesday that it has raised $10M in equity and $27M in debt, with the equity led by Core Innovation Capital, and also included Good Friends, PSL Ventures, Neo, angel investor Hadi Partovi, and angel Fred Tuomi. Core Innovation Capital is led by Arjan Schütte, and specializes in financial technology deals. Arrived lets people invest as little as $100 into rental homes, and gain access to income from those rentals.
