Corelis Adds JTAG Support
Cerritos-based Corelis said today that it has introduced a new tool for performing high performance boundary scan JTAG support for semiconductor testing. The company's tool enables customers to perform boundary-scan testing on semiconductor testers and diagnose those tests on a PC. The company's WGL (Waveform Generation Language) Remote Diagnostics 1.0 software downloads test results from chip testers and allows for remote PC diagnostics, instead of requiring use of expensive chip testers directly.
