CoreLogic Rolls Out AI Tool For Home Buyers

Irvine-based property information provider CoreLogic says it has rolled out a new artificial intelligence (AI) tool today, which it says helps real estate agents and their clients looking to buy, sell, or make improvements to their home. According to the company, its new product, OneHome, currently has launched in Ohio, and eventually will launch nationwide. The company says it uses artificial intelligence to enable search for a home, an guide fro homeworkers and an agent to go through the homebuying process, and a "virtual marketplace" to connect homebuyers to mortage, property, casualty insurance, and home improvement.
