Cornerstone OnDemand Adds Social Recruiting Features

Santa Monica-based human resources and talent management software developer Cornerstone OnDemand said today that it has launched a new set of social features for helping companies to recruit employees. The firm said the enhancements make it easier for organizations to tap into social networks to find candidates. Among the new features are ability to share jobs across different social networks, communities, and job boards; job matching technology; employee referrals and referral tracking; and more. The firm said the features are part of its Cornerstone Recruiting Cloud product.
