Cornerstone OnDemand Connects With Ultimate Software

Santa Monica-based cloud-based learning, talent management, and other software, said today that it has connected with Ultimate Software, a developer of human capital management software. According to the two, the partnership allows the two companies to integrate their solutions, letting mutual customers exchange data between the two software products. Cornerstone OnDemand said it joined Ultimate Software's UltiPro Connect Partners program. Cornerstone OnDemand's cloud-based learning and talent management software is used for employee training, compliance, personalized learning, HR, and other efforts. The company says it now has over 3,600 clients using its tools across 190 countries.
