    CraveOnline Hires Execs
    Los Angeles-based CraveOnline.com, an online web site targeting the men's market, said Thursday morning that it has appointed two new executives. CraveOnline said that it has appointed Derek Rudd as the firm's VP of Consumer Ad Sales, and Varvara Althouse as the firm's West Coast Account Executive. Rudd was most recently VP of North American Sales at Piczo, and also served in similar positions at Fox Interactive Media's IGN Entertainment. Althouse was also recently at IGN Entertainment. CraveOnline is owned by AtomicOnline.
