    Cymer Gets $20M From Intel

San Diego-based Cymer (www.cymer.com) has received strategic funding worth $20M from Intel. The two companies have signed a development agreement, which calls for Intel to invest $20M to accelerate Cymer's development of production-worthy extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography light sources. Cymer expects EUV lithography to become a commercial product in 2009.
