    D3Publisher Buys Vicious Cycle Software


    Los Angeles-based D3Publisher of America, a developer of interactive entertainment software, said today that it has agreed to acquired Vicious Cycle Software, a developer of gaming technology for consoles, handhelds, and PCs. Financial terms were not disclosed. D3Publisher and Vicious Cycle have previously collaborated with each other on Dead Head Fred, Flushed Away, and other games. Vicious Cycle is based in Chapel Hill, North Carolina; D3 Publisher of America is a subsidiaryof Tokyo-based D3, Inc.
