    DataDirect Networks Get Win At LLNL


    Chatsworth-based data storage provider DataDirect Networks is reporting this morning that the firm's products have been selected by Lawrence Livermore National Labs (LLNL) for a supercomputer storage installation. DataDirect said that sixteen of the firm's S2A9900 products are being used in LLNL's next generation computational simulation environments. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. DataDirect Networks manufactures high speed data storage devices, specifically geared toward the high performance computing (HPC) market.
