DecisionPoint Systems Buys Royce Digital Systems

Irvine-based DecisionPoint Systems, which provides and integrated enterprise wireless and mobility software, has acquired another Irvine company, Royce Digital Systems, the company said on Friday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. DecisionPoint said the buy specifically helps it deepen its expertise in other vertical markets, and specifically healthcare. Royce is a value added reseller (VAR) and systems integrator focused on the enterprise and mobility technology for the healthcare industry.
