Los Angeles-based C/S Solutions, a provider of software for the business intelligence market, has been acquired by Deltek Systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. C/S Solutions software is used for cost, schedule, and risk integration. Deltek Systems is a provider of enterprise project management software. San Diego-based Software Equity Group LLC advised C/S Solutions in the transaction.
