Diodes Completes APD Acquisition
Westlake Village-based Diodes Incorporated said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Redwood City-based APD Semiconductor. APD Semiconductor is a manufacturer of discrete semiconductors, including rectifiers used in digital audio, DC/DC converters, and power supplies. The asset deal was worth $7M, $1M for net working capital, plus earnout. Diodes is a manufacturer off analog semiconductors and discrete components for the electronics industry.
