DIRECTV Wins Contract Suit
El Segundo-based DIRECTV (www.directv.com) announced that a federal jury has awarded the company $51.5M in a breach of contract suit against Pegasus Satellite Communications. The two companies had entered into a joint marketing agreement which DIRECTV claimed that Pegasus failed to fairly reimburse the company for.
