DivX, deviantArt.com Partner On Video
San Diego-based DivX and Hollywood-based deviantART said today that the two have linked together on a project to provide videos in DivX format on deviantART.com's web site. DivX is a provider of video encoding and decoding technology; deviantART is an art-focused community site. According to the two companies, the new partnership allows deviantART members to upload and view video content ot the site. Financial and other details of the partnership were not disclosed.
