    E-Band Communications Adds $10M

San Diego-based E-Band Communications Corporation, a company developing high-capacity, millimeter-wave wireless transmission systems, said today that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding round. The round came from Reliance Technology Ventures Limited, the venture arm of Reliance ADA Group, and also included ADC Telecommunications, Express Ventures, Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Investec, and an un-named wireless carrier. E-Band's chipsets use gallium arsenide (GaAs) to power high speed, wireless systems for wireless service providers.
