e-DOCUPLUS Acquired By Flex Discovery

Orange County-based e-DOCUPLUS, a provider of e-discovery services, has been acquired by Austin, Texas-based Flex Discovery. Flex Discovery announced the acquisition Thursday, but did not disclose any financial terms of the buy. Flex Discovery said it will retain all of the current e-DOCUPLUS staff, plus managing partner and co-founder Tim Morenc.
