ecoATM Lets Users Help Oklahoma Tornado Victims
ecoATM, the developer of the used mobile phone recycling kiosks, said this week that it will allow consumers using its kiosks to donate to the victims of the recently Oklahoma tornadoes. In addition, the San Diego company said it will match all the donations by its users to the OK Strong Fund, which is providing relief to those affected by the May 19th and 20th tornadoes. The new option is the latest charitable donation effort announced by ecoATM, which ran a similar charity donation effort last month for the Boston Marathon victims. ecoATM said it would match any donations made through June 30th at its kiosks. ecoATM's self serve kiosks accept old phones, tablets, and MP3 players. ecoATM is headed by Tom Tullie.
