    eCOST Merges With Logistics Provider


    Torrance-based online retailer eCOST.com said Thursday that it has reached an agreement to merge with PFSweb, a warehousing and logistics provider. eCOST.com will become a wholly owned subsidiary of PFSweb. The companies report that 2005 twelve month trailing revenue of the combined firm would total $528M. PFSweb is a warehousing and logistics company that manages merchandise and distribution facilities. eCOST provides new, closeout, and refurbished computer products through its online web site. eCost was a subsidiary of PC Mall until April of this year.
