Edgeware Analytics Gets Angel Funding

San Diego-based Edgeware Analytics has scored a round of angel financing from the Tech Coast Angels, the firm disclosed this morning. Amount of the funding as not disclosed. Edgeware Analytics develops analytics tools used by lenders to improve underwriting procedures. According to Edgeware, Claude Kordus of the Tech Coast Angels has joined the company's board of directors. Edgeware Analytics targets the small business lending sector. In conjunction with the funding, Edgeware also said it has appointed J. David Richardson as the firm's VP of Credit Policy; Richardson joins the firm from Ciena Capital. More information »
