eEye Unveils Upgraded Pro, User Security Tools
Aliso Viejo-based eEye Digital Security has rolled out two upgraded, endpoint security software suites today, saying that it is shipping a new version of the firm's Blink Professional and Blink Personal software. eEye said that the new version of Blink Professional adds new security features including dynamic policy control, policy-based hardware access control to devices such as USB keys and iPods; and execution control of software. The firm also upgraded its Blink Personal free version of its security tool. The personal version provides an intrusion prevention system, system firewall, application firewall, anti-phishing tools, and other features.
