Elon Musk Gets Warning From Twitter Legal Team
In an unusual way to acquire a company, Elon Musk has been publicly taking to Twitter to complain about Twitter, even as he has put forth a proposal to acquire the company for $44M. Musk complain, on Twitter, that Twitter's legal team has complained that he has violated its NDA on the acquisition for revealing information on his Twitter check about their "bot check" samples.
Twitter legal just called to complain that I violated their NDA by revealing the bot check sample size is 100!
