Elon Musk Unveils Starship, Claims Test Flights In Next One To Two Months

Elon Musk has unveiled a prototype of the massive spacecraft, the Starship Mk1, this weekend, the spacecraft that he says will carry people to Mars and back. According to Musk, at an event in Texas, the Starship Mk1 unveiled by Los Angeles-based SpaceX is expected to have its first test flight shortly, to an altitude of just under 70,000 feet, using three of its Raptor rocket engines. SpaceX apparently also is working on a second version of the Starship at Cape Canaveral, with the two versions competing against each other internally at SpaceX.
