Empirix Lauches Cisco Monitoring Software
San Diego-based Empirix has launched a new software suiet for testing and managing Web and voice applications using Cisco CallManager. The company said that its practive monitoring and management solution manages Cisco IP Contact Center (IPCC) Enterprise Edition telephony environments. The software helps monitor Voice-over-IP performance and customer issues. Empirix also has software for Nortel, Avaya, Concerto, and other Voice-over-IP hardware.
