    En Pointe Buys Software Reseller
    Los Angeles-based En Pointe Technologies, a provider of information technology products, said yesterday that it has acquired Software Medium, a software reseller. En Pointe said that Software Medium has annual revenues of approximately $10M. The acquisition also included Software Medium's services subsidiary, Veridyn LLC. En Pointe said that the acquisition would provide it with a means to consult, educate, train, and deliver information security services.
