Entropic Looks To Raise More Via Stock Offering
San Diego-based Entropic, the publicly held developer of multimedia-over-coax semiconductors, revealed Monday afternoon that it is looking to offer up to 10 million shares of its common stock. Based on the firm's closing price Monday, the offering would raise as much as $91M for the company. The offering is being run by Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, along with Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, Signal Hill Capital Group LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Merriman Capital, Inc.
