San Diego-based Entropic Communications, a developer of semiconductors for connecting home entertainment systems, said late Friday that the firm's President and COO, Mark Foley, is leaving the firm. According to Entropic, Foley has decided to leave to "pursue other interests." Patrick Henry, the firm's CEO and Chairman, will assume Foley's duties, the firm said last night.
