Irvine-based Epicor reported Monday that it has expanded its board, and added James T. Richardson as a director. Richardson is currently chairman of FEI Corporation, and also served on the boards of Digimarc and Tripwire; Richardson has also served at WebTrends and Network General, among other firms. Epicor is a developer of enterprise business software. The new board appointment expands the company's board to six people.
