Episerver Acquires Optivo

Episerver, which develops software used for managing digital content and marketing and which has a corporate office in Irvine, said it has acquired Optivo, a provider of omnichannel campaign management and customer intelligence software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Optivo was based in Berlin. Episerver's CEO and President is Mark Duffell; the company's North American headquarters are in New Hampshire.
