EVgo Opens 950th Fast Charging Location

Los Angeles-based EVgo which operations a national network of public, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, said it has opened up its 950th, U.S. fast charging station in New Jersey. According to EVgo, the new station is located on the New Jersey Turnpike, and was installed in an effort with New Jersey gas and electric utility Public Service Electric and Gas Co. (PSE&G). PSE&G said the stations are being installed to both help current EV owners and show potential owners that EVs are a viable option in New Jersey.
