Fallbrook Expands Joint Venture

San Diego-based Fallbrook Technologies, the designer of transmissions used in electric vehicles, said today along with EV manufacturers Tomberlin Group and TEAM Industries, that they are expanding their joint venture activities. The firms said that they are expanding a January, 2011 joint venture where Tomberlin will use Fallbrook's technology in its Anvil electric city car. The companies said that they will now apply Fallbrook's technology to additional Tomberlin product lines. Financial details of the deal were not announced.
