    FIM Buys Interactive Advertising Company


    Los Angeles-based Fox Interactive Media announced this morning that it has completed the acquisition of Santa Monica-based Strategic Data Corporation, an interactive advertising technology company. SDC provides technology for optimizing online advertising. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. FIM said that the acquisition would be used to provide hyper-targeted ad serving for the firm's network.
