Irvine-based Fisker Automotive, a startup hybrid electric automobile manufacturer which is venture funded by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Palo Alto Investors and the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), said Tuesday that it has signed up a network of dealers to carry the firm's automobiles. The firm said it hopes to have 40 locations across the country by the end of June to carry its $87,900 Karma sedan. The dealers include locations nationwide, and include dealers in San Diego, Pasadena, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Orange County.
