Los Angeles-based voice-over-IP voice software maker Fonality said Sunday that it has acquired Insightful Solutions Pty Ltd., a provider of CRM consulting in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fonality said that Insightful provides enhancements and services for SugarCRM, which is an open source customer relationship management software package. Fonality said that it will begin immediately selling Insightful's CRM managed service under the name FonalityCRM. The new software offering will integrate the SugarCRM software with Fonality's PBXtra and trixbox Pro software.
