FreedomPop Raises $50M More

Los Angeles-based free mobile wireless service FreedomPop has raised $50M more for its service, the company said today. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. FreedomPop says it has now raised over $109M in funding. The funding will go towards growth in international markets. The company says it plans to expand to over 40 countries by the end of the year, including in Asia and Latin America. FreedomPop is led by Steven Sesar. More information »
