Accruent Teams with Documentum

Santa Monica-based Accruent has signed a independent software vendor agreement with Documentum, which calls for the two companies to jointly market their contract management and content management solutions. Accruent will integrate parts of Documentum's software into its solutions. Accruent provides contract management software for corporations.
