Actional Makes SOAP Free to Developers

Los Angeles-based Actional has made a new developer version of its SOAPstation Web Services management tool available free of charge. The company's software provides developers with project-level Web services management tools, including monitoring service levels, managing lifecycles, and controlling security policies. Actional is in the area of enabling service-oriented architectures (SOA)s. Companies are moving towards using Web Services enabled tools to better manage and reuse their corporate software development.
