Kintera Acquires Wealth Screening Company

San Diego-based Kintera (www.kintera.com), which provides software systems to nonprofit organizations, said that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Kamtech Information Systems. Kamtech provides data mining and prospect identification technologies to nonprofits, used to locate and find donors. Kintera's software helps nonprofit organizations by providing web-based tools to manage nonprofit operations, increase donations, and reduce fundraising costs for efforts. Terms were not disclosed.
