Merisel Shuffles CEO

El Segundo-based Merisel announced that Donald Uzzi has been named as its new President and CEO, after current CEO Timothy N. Jenson resigned after a finding by the company's Audit Company to investigate the sale of Merisel's software licensing business. The company said that the investigation is into Mr. Jensen's relationship with D&H Services LLC, the buyer of that business. Merisel had delayed its 10Q filing last week and filed an extension, and said that since selling its software licensing business to D&H has had no ongoing revenue except interest income. Uzzi has served at EDS and as a private consultant.
