Motorola Invests In Sequoia Communications

San Diego-based Sequoia Communications has received an equity investment from communications giant Motorola. The amount of the investment was undisclosed, but is an extension of the company's recently announced Series D funding. Third Poin Ventures also participated in this round. Sequoia is developing multi-mode transceivers for RF systems, that allow for the support of multiple wireless protocols on a single chip. More information »
