    Xdrive Pushes Digital Photo Features

Santa Monica-based Xdrive has launched yet another feature for sharing data through both Internet-connected PCs and cell phones. The company said this week that it is launching a new digital photo vault service targeted at enabling customers to store high resolution photos. The launch of the service follows promotion of its products as a music storage service, and last week's focus on providing PC-document storage and access via cell phone. The new service includes the ability to view slideshows on a cell phone, photo captioning ability, organization of photo albums, and thumbnail viewing. The new photo features, along with the previously announced capabilities are all part of the company's base subscription services.
