Sendia Upgrades Wireless Salesforce.com Access Software

Santa Monica-based Sendia announced this morning that it has upgraded its Wireless SFA tool for access to salesforce.com. Version 2.0 of the company's Wireless Salesforce Automation software adds deeper integration of a mobile personal information manager, and email, sales activity, and advanced pipeline reporting. Sendia's software allows mobile users to access the popular salesforce.com online customer relationship management (CRM) software-as-a-service; the company's software integrates with salesforce.com and allows RIM BlackBerry and palmOne Treo smartphones to access live salesforce.com data. Sendia said that the new version of its software also includes one-click logging of both in-bound and out-bound email and automatic scheduling of follow-up tasks. Sendia is backed by Globespan Capital and Mobius Venture Capital.
