Ixia Upgrades Routing Test Capability-

Calabasas-based Ixia said earlier this week that it has released an upgraded version of its IxANVL solutiion that supports the BGP4+ IP routing protocol. The addition of the IPv6 BGP+ support better supports conformance testing of IPv6 networks. The company said that the release also adds Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) for IEEE 802.3ad. Ixia's IxANVL solution is used to provide conformance and interoperability testing for networking hardware.
