Business.com Launches Job Search Engine
Los Angeles-based Business.com announced this morning that it is launching a new job search engine. The company's new site, work.com, will provide job listings from employers direct to job seekers. Business.com said that the site will allow professions to manage the job application process directly through the hiring company. The company reports that its beta test of the service has attracted 400,000 professionals a month looking to connect with employers. The new site includes web crawling technology which retrieves job listings from company web sites, and a cost-per-click job listing advertising option.
