BitMICRO, CaminoSoft Certify Solid State Disk

Westlake Village-based CaminoSoft and Fremont-based BiTMICRO Networks said that the two companies have certified CaminoSoft's Information Lifecycle Management software for Microsoft Windows and Novell Netware with BiTMICRO solid-state disk subsystems. BiTMICRO's solid state disk subsystems provide very high speed access to data using memory instead of disk media. CaminoSoft's software relocates files according to usage into ATA/RAID disk arrays and tape and optical libraries. The combination allows for the placement of frequently used files on BiTMICRO's high speed disk by Caminosoft software.
