QuestSoft Bolsters Real Estate Compliance Offerings

Lagunga Hills-based QuestSoft has enhanced its real estate compliance software this morning with an alliance with Compliance Technologies, a provider of fair lending analysis and compliance risk management consulting. The software firm said that it has entered into an alliance with CLC to offer comprehensive fair lending analysis reports and services integrated with its HMDA RELIEF software package. The new solution targets lenders who are required to report fair lending information to the government to show that they have a fair lending program in place and that they are not discriminating against real estate buyers.
